He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Cook (Wolfinger) and Clarence M. Cook. He is survived by: his brother Clarence W. Cook (Celia) of Hagerstown, MD; his nephew Clarence Cook, Jr. (Mary); his niece Carla Jeter (Ronnie); his great-nephew Clarence Cook, III (Dacia); and his great-nieces, Cara Schlotterbeck (Mike), Crystal Weaver (Daniel) and Erika Hudson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jl Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the J. L. Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783).
