It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glenn W. Eccard of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Sr. Eccard and Genevieve Eccard; his son Glenn Eccard III; and his sisters, Mary Barrett, Louise Webber and Pauline Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Mullenix Eccard; his siblings, Catherine Bruce, William Eccard, Mollie Smith, Rachel Clever, Henry Eccard, Richard Eccard, Douglas Eccard, Donald Eccard and Julie Garske; and his daughter Lisa Marie Eccard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law.
