He was predeceased by : his parents, H. Ruth Fisher (Sherrad) and Jack H. Fisher; his former life partner Jane Rowe Fisher; and his siblings, Donna Di Bitonto and Gary Fisher.

He is survived by : his wife Maria Fisher; and his sister Karen S. Kidwell.

A memorial service was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
