He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gentry and Janet Gentry; and his sister Susan Sowers. He is survived by: his brother Michael Gentry (Penelope); his nephews, Christopher Sowers (Mel), Jeremy Sowers (Ashley) and Mark Gentry; and his great-niece Olivia Sowers.
