He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Kelley and Doris Itnyre (Moats); his siblings, Donald Kelley, Russell Jordan and Kathy Kreps; and his stepmother Marie Churchy.
He is survived by: his wife Frances "Fran" Kelley; his children, Brian Kelley (Krista), Jeffrey Myers (Hazel) and Deborah Barrett (Curtis); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ian Kelley, Jennifer Fazenbaker (Dwayne), Shana Smith (Jason) and Heather Palmer (Joe); his great grandchildren, Damion Storer, Haley Palmer, Caleb Smith, Ryan Palmer, Joe Palmer III and Clayton Fazenbaker; and his siblings, Cheryl "Kelley" Rhodes, Martha "Kelley" Morris (Lloyd), Anita Jordan, Charles R. Kelley Jr., Stephen Jordan, Stanley Jordan and Mark Jordan.
