He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Brandt Young Jr. and Kathleen Young (Miller); and his son Ryan Brandt Young. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughter Renee Young Weaver (David) of Middletown, MD; his granddaughters, Peyton Alexandra Weaver of Laguna Beach, CA and Morgan Olivia Weaver of Providence, RI.; his sister-in-law Amy Montero (Fernando); and his niece Francessca of Alexandria, VA.
A reception was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions may be made to the South Hagerstown High School Alumni Association Scholarship Fund in Greg's memory.
