He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene Bitner Sr. and Mildred Marie Bitner (Hoyle); his sister Deborah Bitner Anderson; and his girlfriend Joan Moller. He is survived by: his brother Michael K. Bitner (Jane); his nephews, Cody and Andrew; and his niece Kimberly Bitner.
