He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L Sr. Stotler and Anna Mary Stotler (Rudisill); and his sister Betty Flook of Sharpsburg Maryland. He is survived by: his spouse Hallie C. Stotler. He is also survived by two daughters, six grandchildren, one great grandchild, as well as one stepdaughter and her husband, one stepson and his wife, and one step granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
