She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oliver Smith and Alice Burkholder (Plummer); her husband John V Waggoner; her son-in-law Barry L Myers; her daughters, V. Christine Waggoner (Thomas) and Lisbeth W Myers (Beth); her grandsons, Colin H Myers and Stephen Myers (Amber); and her sister-in-law Mollie An Church (Dale).
The family was greet visitors an hour before the service, In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the First Christian Church, 1345 Potomac Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
