He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Upton Baker, Sr. and Hazel Baker (Hurst); and his brother Robert Baker. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Diane Baker (Kearns); his son Michael A. Baker; his granddaughter Aubrey M. Baker; his siblings, Charles Andrew Baker (Carol), Bonnie Lee Kessell (Danny) and Connie Sue Bashop (Ronnie); and his sister-in-law Nancy Hardy (Michael). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
