He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer T. Kaylor and Mabel E. Kaylor (Slagen); his wife Anne G. Kaylor; and his son Matthew S. Kaylor. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda A. Jackson (late Michael Jackson) of Baltimore, MD and Elizabeth A. Kaylor (Mark Stephen) of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandsons, and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Zion Reformed United Church of Christ (201 N Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
