It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Clepper Failor of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on May 21, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Failor and Marie Failor; and his siblings, Mary F. Failor and William R. Failor. He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth A. Bard and Janet F. Porter; and his nieces and nephews, Robert L. Failor, Steven D. Failor, H. Mark Bard, James P. Porter, David A. Failor, Susan Bard Weller and Pamela K. Porter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
