He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie Thomas and Eunice Jean Dean (Reedy); his brother Sheridan "Tom" Dean; and his nephew Matthew Evan Rude. He is survived by: his siblings, Cameron D. Dean (Cindy) and Deborah E. Rude; his nephews, Christopher Dean and William Rude, Jr.; and his niece Elizabeth Cline (Adam).
A reception was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795).
