It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Agnes Mongan of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cicero Martin and Dorthy Edwards; her husband James Mongan III; her daughter Tajnah Davis; and her grandson Mitchell Spears.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Kelly (Gene Kelly), Jason Tanner (late Angela Tanner), Amy Mongan and Scott Mongan; her grandchildren, Alicia Weadon (Chris Weadon), Kristen Kelly (CJ), James Mongan, Tori Tanner, Trevor Tanner, Rhyan Spears Jennifer Spears, Lindsay Freeman and Zach Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Kolbie Weadon and Julian Arias.
