It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Sue Batey of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Visalia, California, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Rosseau and Pauline Winters. She is survived by: her husband Gary Batey; her sons, Jeff (Kelly) and Doug (Lexi); her grandchildren, Kyle, Adam, Reed, Reese and Rhenn; and her brother James Rosseau.
