He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynn Franklin (Ridenour); his children, Jeffrey L. Franklin II (Eliana) and Ashley K. Franklin (Kyle); his grandchildren, Oliver Stambaugh, Khaleesi Franklin and Aiyana Franklin; his brothers, Paul "Doug" Franklin (Marlene), Dan Franklin and Jim Franklin (Kristi); his father-in-law V. Dale Ridenour; his brother-in-law Greg Harman (Yolla); and his pets, Quinn and Lily. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
