Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at the Rest Haven Cemetery (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).

“Dear Judy (and family), We were lucky to have Jerry in our life for 7 years as our neighbor. Patrick had a special bond with him. Judy worked at the school that my autistic son attended which made me more comfortable as she understood the struggle. We are moving in with my mother soon, and will miss them both terribly. Please reach out if you need anything Judy, even when we are not neighbors. We are so very sorry for your loss and wish you comfort in the coming days and weeks ahead. Much love!”
