He is survived by: his children, Jimmy (Phillip Hinkle), Matthew Hinkle (Emily), Susan Haupt-Dietz and Amanda (Alicia Hinkle); his grandchildren, Brandon Widdows, Ty Barr, Cheyenne Brunk, Crystyn, Ashjen, Kaylyn, Titus, Gideon Miller, Kyra, Ashlee Hinkle, Dominic, Manuel and Jennifer Haupt; and his daughter Linda Scuffins. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
