She is survived by: her son James Wallace Kay Jr. (Jackie Kay); her grandchildren, Tyrek Barksdale, Rashod Kay, Isis Mayrant (Clinton Mayrant) and Malaysha Conner (Anthony Conner); and her great grandchildren, Tavion Barksdale, Cavon Kay, Caniya Kay, Sencere Conner and Amari Conner.
