With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Fiery Scarcelli of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on April 7, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joanne shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joanne farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Edward Fiery and Lucille Fiery (Charles); her husband Robert E. Scarcelli; her son Michael Robert Scarcelli; and her siblings, Linda Fiery and Sam Fiery (Judy).
She is survived by: her brothers, Edward G. Fiery, Jr. (Kathy) and Thurman Charles Fiery (Bonnie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
