He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Cozzoli and Vera Cozzoli (Mahon); and his brother Michael Cozzoli. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cozzoli (Rittenhouse); his daughters, Michelle Hahn of Hedgesville, WV and Jennifer Nance (Cozzoli) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Dylan Hahn, Zachary Hahn, Samuel Hahn, Isaiah Hahn, Kathryn Hahn, Lauryn Hahn, Chelsea Perrott, Courtney Perrott and Diane Nance; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Damian, Jaiden (Walter) and Athena (Rosie).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church to support their efforts to build a pavilion in John's honor.
