He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Chuck" Henry and Mary Jane Moore (Andrews); and his sisters, Dixie Smith (Les) and Barbara Ensminger (Joe). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Moore; his son John "Dustin" Moore (Karin); his grandchildren, Ashley and Austin Moore; and his nieces and nephews, Stewart Smith (Lisa), Traci Welch (Todd), Jeff Ensminger (Patsy) and Bobbi Jo Wilson (Chip).
