It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Phillips Jr. of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Phillips, Sr. and Emily Ellen "Nettie" Phillips; and his brothers, David Howard Phillips and Robert W. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Phillips; his children, Brenda K. Wright (Brett) of Martinsburg, WV, John W. Phillips, III (Sandra) of Funkstown, MD and Nicole Marie Fuller (Kevin) of Punta Gorda, FL.; his grandchildren, Brandon, Carlee, Hunter, McCrae, Chanse, Ben and Kelliane; and his great grandchildren, Jurni, Ella, Jahslyn, Alivia, Bodhi and Indie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
