He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joseph and Helen Mary Hipkins (Bortell). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Mary Hipkins (Horn); his children, Joseph Hipkins and Stephanie Moore (Roger); his grandchildren, Matt Cody (Katie), Jacob Cody, Ceaira Smith, Shianna Hipkins (Nate), Emily Reeder (Ralondas), Lyrac Hipkins and Ollionna Hipkins; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Apollianna, Aubrielle, Kane, Dawson, Mia, Kash, Kruze, Memphis, Layla, Norah, Amelia, Ma'lani and Kingston; and his pet Buddy.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
