He was predeceased by: his parents, Reno Seibert Powell, Jr. and Vera Grace Powell (Ridenour); and his brother Max Powell. He is survived by: his pet Gracie; his wife Lorna Crist Powell; his children, Megan Powell (Brian), Jason Wilkinson and Chelsea Bock (Brooks); his siblings, Nancy Jean White, Vicki Lynn Reed (Andy) and Harry Anthony Powell (Karin); his nieces and nephews, Kristin Simmons, Ryan, Leslie Shindle, Christopher, Ryne Powell, Betsy, Randy Hixson and Jake Manley; and his granddaughters, Gwyneth and Isabella Wilkinson.
