He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter and Myrtle Irene Funkhouser Teach; and his brother Barry A. Teach. He is survived by: his wife Sara Jane Teach (Hayes); and his stepchildren, Cheryl J. Leisinger (Tim) of Smithsburg, MD and Al Heard (Virginia) of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by 8 step grandchildren; 1 step great grandson; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
