She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Eyler and Dolly Shank (Strickler); her husband Robert E. Carey; her daughter Lee Ann Henson; her granddaughter Angie Henson; and her siblings, Vance Eyler and Jean Snook.
She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Carey (Dena), Steven C. Carey and Amy S. Carey (Brian); her grandchildren, Kelly Henson, Matthew Carey, Derek Carey and Valerie Rhoton; and her siblings, Gary, Ronnie Eyler and Doris Horst. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
