She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Swope and Kathryn Marie Swope of Keedysville, MD.; her brother Philip E. Swope; and her sister-in-law Margaret Ann Swope (Marti) of Platte City, MO.. She is survived by: her husband Hesbia C. Foster, Jr.; her daughter Krista Marie Crabtree (Ray) of Lavalette, WV; her grandson Clay Crabtree (Jessie); and her great grandchild Chloe of Washington, D. C.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
