She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothea Virginia (Balcom) and James Cleatus Smith; her husband James A. Rinehart; her sons, Bradley Wayne and Brian Lee Rinehart; and her siblings, Ralph Eugene Smith, Dorothy Jean Miller, Linda Mae Harne and Connie Mae Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Fay Betts of Hagerstown, Kimberly Sue Barthelew (Raymond) of Clear Spring, MD, Troy William Rinehart (Rhonda Gorman) of Hagerstown and Tanya Lynn Rinehart of Hagerstown; her grandsons, Christopher James "CJ" Rinehart, Brian Marcus Rinehart and Aaron Lee Rinehart; and her siblings, Donna Kay Harne and James Allen Smith, Sr.. She is also survived by numerous other Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to help offset funeral costs.
