She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth F. Cooper Hills and Kenneth J. Hills; and her siblings, Mary L. Golden, Carol E. Burgan, Leslie J. Hills (Sonny), Thomas D. Hills and Robert S. Hills.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Downin of Williamsport, MD; and her sons, Stephen E. Griffith (Jennifer A. Griffith) of St. Petersburg, FL and Christopher M. Griffith (June A. Griffith) of Ocean City, MD. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
