He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Kermit Shilling II and Bonnie Shilling (Bartlett) of Mt. Airy, MD.; his wife Melinda Shilling (Kidd); his sons, Blake Evan Shilling and Corbin Kenneth Shilling; and his siblings, Kathryn S. Espey (Nathaniel) and Kristopher K. Shilling.
