He is survived by: his daughter Marisa Lewis (James); his nephew Chad Lewis; his nieces, Breanna Feigley (Jaered), Kaitlyn Feigley, Ariana Feigley, Tori Hasselbauer (Ethan), Abbi Lewis, Graci Lewis, Jordan Lopez, Tiara Jones, Tatyanna Jones, Annastazia Jones and Maylee Spaulding; his granddaughter Hazel; his great-nephews, Cayden, Colton, Cannon and Zigtavior; and his great-niece Rilyn (Schianodicola).
