He was predeceased by: his siblings, Johnel Sullivan, Gregory Sullivan and Cynthia Sullivan Newman. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Sullivan (Vance); his children, Matthew Sullivan (Suzanne) of Boonsboro and Dawn Sullivan Gipe (Timothy) of Greencastle, Pennsylvania; his granddaughters, Kalina (Gipe), Sweigert (Christopher) of Mercersburg and Zandra Sullivan of Boonsboro, Maryland; his siblings, William J. Sullivan of Southport and Xandra Lou Werthan (Ben) of Madison, Connecticut.; and his in-laws, Richard Vance of Hagerstown and Ronald Lee Vance of Williamsport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (600 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
