She is survived by: her significant other Linda Ragland; her daughters, Tara Maldonado (Anthony) and Christina Hill (Harry); her grandchildren, Tykeeyia Jackson (Jason), Katavia Jackson and Cayleb Hill; her siblings, Charles A. Burkett, Jr. (Wendy), Ernest Burkett, Jose Merete and Maria Edmonds; and her aunt Laura Eckard (Bill). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
