She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory A. Suder Sr. and Goldie P. Suder (Graham); her husband Charles F. Moats; her sons, Charles A. Moats and Frederick R. Moats; and her siblings, Anna Ardinger, Mary Weller-Douglas, Eleanor Bain, Mickey Suder Sr., Jackie "Jack" Suder and Emory "Mac" Suder.
She is survived by: her sister Adele Brakeall (Suder) of Hancock, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
