He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Joseph and Kathleen Eckard; his sister J. Louise Haddock; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Haddock and Barbara Talley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Eckard (Talley); his children, Jeffrey D. Eckard (Judy), Gregory S. Eckard (Karla) and Diane P. Mowen (Jeff); his siblings-in-law, James Talley of Sante Fe, NM, Leo Holihan (Jeanne) of Dayton, OH and Sharon Cacciola of Greencastle, PA; his grandchildren, Jeffrey S. Eckard (Wendy), Angela Eckard (Kevin), Steven Mowen (Kristina), Patrick Eckard (Courtney) and Justin Eckard (Erica); and his great grandchildren, Saige, Dalton, Chloe, Peyton, Emma and Abigail.
An entombment was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park.
