It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Henry Dellinger Jr. of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis HenryDellinger, Sr. and Helen Dellinger (Rowland); his wife Bertha Dellinger (Maugans) of Virginia; his siblings, Norma J Lowman and Donald R Dellinger (Patsy); and his nephews, Craig and Scott Harbaugh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie L. Dirting (Douglas Hedgesville), WVa, Cathy L. Bishop (Dennis), Hagerstown, MD and Susan L. Taylor (Dwight) of Haymarket, VA; his sister Nelda J Harbaugh (Cecil "Butch"); his grandchildren, Jennifer L. Higginbotham Patrick S. (Eric), Bishop Erin N. (Brittany), Horman (Justin) and Jerrod A. Cline (Megan); and his niece Lisa D. Reed. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
