She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Edward and Leah Elizabeth Dobbins (Blickenstaff); and her brothers, Frank Rhinehart, Denny Rhinehart, Roy Lee Rhinehart and Mick Dobbins.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Anna Dobbins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Linda's name to 365 Church, 858 Nadenbousch Lane, Martinsburg, WV 25405.
