She was predeceased by: her father Richard David; and her siblings, Mary Jane Stevenson and Richard "Dickey" Smith. She is survived by: her husband Larry Martz; her children, Larry Martz, Jr. (Debbie) and Octavia Bryson (William Sullivan); her grandchildren, Ryan, Bradley, Cheyanne and Christopher; and her siblings, Larry, Roy "Sonny" Smith, Shirley Smith and Judy Brumbaugh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
