She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Elwood Seibert and Jeanette Bester Seibert. She is survived by: her children, Wesley Decker (Tammy Karn) of Mercersburg, PA, Lonna Seibert (Todd Taylor) of Burke, VA and Laurie Seibert (Nathaniel Kelly) of Ijamsville, MD; her close friend David Lee Smith of Hagerstown; and her pet Petunia. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (141 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
