We are sad to announce that, on October 21, 2021, at the age of 69, Ling Kong Louie (Hagerstown, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Foom You and Yip Chun Hung-Louie; and his brother Leong Hing Louie. He is survived by: his siblings, Kowk Ying Louie of Woodbridge, VA., Toy Pin Mark of Phoenixville, PA. and Toy Ngor Quan of Philadelphia, PA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.

“I first met Ling in the mid-1970's when we both worked at Grove Mfg. Co. We shared a birthday - he was 3 years older than me. For the last several years, we corresponded regularly by email - at least once a week. We were planning on going out to lunch once his volleyball season was over. I was so very shocked to find out that he had passed. I didn't find out until after his funeral. Ling was a great person with a good heart. Our world is diminished without him.
