She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll G. Cooper, and Lula E. Cooper, Sr. (Lapole); her husband Ernest Derr; her siblings, Nina Murray and Carroll G. Cooper, Jr.; her niece Evelyn (Don Seiple); and her great-nephews, Steven, Tim and Jeff Seiple.
She is survived by: her great-niece Marylan Kochera of Hagerstown; and her great-nephew Ryan Seiple of Pennsylvania.
