She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnet Melville Gehr, Sr. and Nora Elton Gehr (Charles); her former husband Max Spielman; her husband Lacy McFarlin; and her brother Garnet M. Gehr, Jr..
She is survived by: her caregiver Jenny.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
