She is survived by: her mother Frances Lorraine Davis Cunningham; her daughter Michelle Ann Lewis (Jeff); her siblings, Dennis Cunningham (Shari), Patricia Moats (Billy), Mary Cunningham, Mildred James (Ron), Daniel Cunningham (Lisa), Gary Cunningham (Misty) and Richard Harrell (Bonnie); her grandsons, Randy Rhoton (Cara), Brandon Riedle (Rebecca), Bradley Riedle and Scotty Hesler; her great grandchildren, Serenity Rhoton, Isaiah, Nevaeh Cope, Logan, Hayden and Cylus Hesler; Jaclyn Diane Smith.
