She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lease and Jean Lease (Van Zile); and her husband Christopher W. "Chris" Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Ian Phelps, Maddie Phelps, Ella Phelps and Nate Phelps; her siblings, Megan Lease, Alison Fisher (Michael) and Matthew Lease (Sarah); and her in-laws, Sharon and William Phelps. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
