She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Shrader and Elizabeth Anna Shrader (Diffendaffer); her husband Howard Lee Lushbaugh; her daughter Kathy S. Nokes; and her siblings, William Shrader, Robert Shrader, Alvey Shrader, Glenn Shrader, Thelma Newlin and Diane Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane M. Sprankle (Dave), Penny E. Miner (Doug) and Beth A. Renner (Ronnie); and her grandchildren, Annette Cook, Tory Nokes, Terri Horton, Buddy Sprankle, Erica Horst, David Miner and Anthony Morris. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
