We are sad to announce that, on March 29, 2022, at the age of 90, Marguerite Virginia Kinney of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles H. Sr. Williams and Ruby F. Williams; her husband Robert "Bob" Kinney, Jr.; her children, Jane Baugher (Jerry) of Germantown, Karen Shockey (Leonard) of Hagerstown and Jim Kinney of Greencastle; her grandsons, Brian Shockey of Middletown, CT and Jason Shockey of Rockville, MD.; her niece Terri McLaney; her nephew Chip Williams; and her brother Charles "Chuck" H. Williams, Jr. (Flowers).
