He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Richard Kelley, Sr. and Susan Marie Jordan Kelley (Robinson); his siblings, Kathy Kelley Cole Kreps, Greg Kelley, Donnie Kelley and Russell Jordan; and his brother-in-law Bobby Kreps.

He is survived by : his siblings, Cheryl Rhodes of Waynesboro, PA, Martha Morris (Loyd) of Appling, GA, Anita Jordan of Martinsburg, WV, Stephen Jordan (Nellie) of Hagerstown, MD, Stanley Jordan (Zena) of Loris, SC and Charles R. "Chuck" Kelley, Jr. (Tracy) of Martinsburg, WV; his niece Megan Jordan Fitz (Joel); and his nephews, Travis Jordan, Justin Jordan and Richard "Richie" Cole. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
