He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fitez Ramsburg and Fanny Doris Mossburg (Lackey); his daughter Natasha Mandel; and his stepfather Paul Mossburg. He is survived by: his wife Judith L. Ramsburg (Snyder); his brothers, Brian Mossburg and Blaine Mossburg of Frederick, MD; his stepchildren, Jeff, Charles and Sarah; his grandchildren, Kourtney, Taylor, Aliyah, Tara, Ellie, Finnegan and Max; his great grandchild Peytyn; and his pet Sandy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
