He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Smith and Virgie A. Smith (Harbaugh); and his wife Robin Sue Smith. He is survived by: his children, Mark Smith, Jr. (Chaylan), Jason Smith and Kim Irvin; his grandchildren, Aleigha, KayLeigh, River, Annaliese, Chase and Isabela; and his sisters, Lisa Smith and Donna Rudisill.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (600 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
